Conversation, encouraging contact with family and friends, help with reading and keeping up correspondence, accompanying on holidays, day trips or short breaks.
We offer a twilight service which extends to 11 pm. Your care package will be structured to meet your needs and at your request. This means you can have one of your calls between the twilight hours.
Whether it is a short trip to the supermarket or an extended appointment at the hospital. We can arrange a suitable individual to accompany you. We can also arrange transportation if you do not have your own transport. If you already have a care package with us, transport is offered at a reduced price.
Are you or your main carer going away on holiday or just need a break for a little while? We can care for your loved one for that short period of time. Whether it will be for one day or for a few months. We can meet those needs.
Do you or your loved one need a break from caring for someone during the night? We will be able to supply an experienced skilled care worker. Our nights generally start at 8pm-8am, however we can formulate a package unique to meet your needs.
Encouraging and supporting hobbies and interest at home or in the local community, encouraging exercise such as walking or a dance class, arranging and accompanying people on social occasions or prayer meetings, accompanying people on visits to special places and local attractions, accompanying to day centres or other community day activities, accompanying people on doctor’s appointments, and keeping and managing a diary.
